It has been a while!
this will be quick though =)

The s are officially 1yr old as of Jan. 25th! woohoo! They did wonderful with their cupcakes! lol! Kylie just stuck her hand right onto the icing, looked at it like..what the??!!? She then did this a couple more times and decided it was time to grab a chunk and bite..she loved it!

Kaylen, my dainty little one, she was ever so cautious with eating and didn't make toooo big of a mess like her silly sister.

Kylie is walking now, look ma no hands!! This is soo cool, she loves loves loves it!
Kaylen is standing more and more with no hands and she will be catching up to Kylie soon. She crawls like a little speed demon! so funny!

I will put pics and more up another time I suppose!

Trent is doing awesome. This may be too much info but....he stands when he tinkles..haha! (this is new)
He is really really trying to talk more...sometimes...too much. but he's doing great!

Wow! My little babies have been busy growing and developing!
Trent is still adding more and more to his vocabulary and looking for ways to expell his never ending energy!
Kylie is walking around while holding onto the couch or whatever it is, she likes to walk around her crib a lot. She is getting ready to let go soon, I can see that she wants to but she is being cautious for now..no rush righT! Kylie has also perfected crawling, she'd be all over the house if I would let her. She says mama, dada, baba..little cute babbley things.
Kaylen says dada a lot..sometimes she YELLS it! How funny she is to me. Although she is my little one, she is my LOUD one! She is army crawling and can stand and walk around things while holding on to the coffee table or whatever is low enough. I took her to the dr. a couple fridays ago because somehow, someway, the little strawberry kiss on the back of her head popped. I have no idea what happened..they were supposed to be napping, I suppose she knocked it somehow. At the dr. office they numbed it and then cauterized it away. At least we won't have to worry about it when she gets older and there is hair to brush!
The kids are getting over a cough/cold from last week. Took them to the dr. and she gave them some medicine that worked wonders!

Kylie figured out how to pull herself into a standing position in the crib this weekend! uh oh!

Kaylen has started scooting!!!

We also went to the park...Auntie Trisana pushed the girls a little in the swing..so cute! They LOVED it!

Teeth, books, and knees

Kylie has TWO little teeth poking out actually! She is also pulling herself up onto her knees. Soon it's up to the feet! How exciting!

Yesterday Kaylen was sitting in the excersaucer and Kylie was out..being whiney. So I put her in my lap and read a book to the both of them. Then a second one. Kylie just sat really calmy listening and looking. Kaylen just got SOO excited and started jumping and grabbing for the pictures. I let her have one, as you can see.. =)

One tooth that is! Kylie officially (as of saturday) has a tooth poking through! Wow! How exciting! She is in pain the poor thing but is still very happy. The little monster will be standing up in the crib soon. I just caught her a bit ago pulling herself up onto her knees. Time to put the mattress further down! That's all for now though. =)

~The Park~

This past weekend my mom and I took Trent, Kylie, and Kaylen to the park! What a time! My little Trenty, he was playing and trying to chase other kids.. (One little boy was a bully, he even tried to bite Trent!) I should have gotten a picture but, Trent goes down the slide in the silliest fashion! Feet first and belly down! So, while he was running around, Kylie was jumping up and down while my mom was holding her. Trying to give Grandma a work out..hehe. Kaylen was just calm, looked around and chewed on her toys. We were at the park for about an hour and the girls did really well, no fussing! yay! I also managed to get "the swing picture". I think that this has become a must for twins? lol..it's so cute to see!

Kylie: Crawls(sorta), rolls, stands with help or alone if she is holding onto something, sits up with help and alone for a few seconds, jumps, and babbles.

Kaylen: Rolls, lays on her tummy, stands with help, sits with help and alone for a couple of seconds, and babbles.

Trent: Yells, plays, kisses sisters, talks more..he's learning! Does all sorts of silly things!

Little growing children

These little girls keep gettting bigger. Kylie has gotta be gaining weight..that's good news though! Kaylen is just babbling a whole lot and just being her adorable little self. Kylie babbles, not quite as much though. She has been working on moving around. Oh! They are getting closer to sitting up on their own~ I can't wait.

Trenty is great! Growing as well and goodness is he a sweetheart! When he sees Mommy cry, he comes and gives me a great big hug and kiss..lol! This makes everything better. *Is that okay to admit?* oh well!

Little Leon

So! September 7th, my best friend's little boy was baptised at the ripe ol' age of 9months! This kid is a cutie! While they were taking pictures he kept diving for the water and splashing in it!

It's funny, he crawls like Mogle(I have no idea how to spell it!) from the Jungle Book. So funny!

He's even walking already! wow!

but she kept giving it dirty faces...lol!

Trent has been using the potty and letting us know when he needs to go. He is saying more and more words. He is such a sweetie!

<--Kylie and Kaylen are doing great as well. They are both doing good at trying new foods. They don't really spit anything back out unless they just aren't hungry. Kylie is wiggling around more and really getting places. I think she is getting tired of her toys because yesterday she was going after Trent's cars. (He didn't approve) Kaylen has started sticking her tongue out..lol. It's adorable, maybe I can get a picture of it someday. They are doing lots of screaming and finding their voices. It's interesting. Everytime I pull the camera out to catch their sounds they always stop!

Yesterday and today I got a few pictures of all three playing together! hehe

Kylie & Kaylen had the pleasure of going to the doctor and getting shots today! Wow! Mommy had to take them all by herself. While waiting for an hour...I had to change Kaylen in the stroller while holding Kylie in my lap..haha. I got the diaper off and there she blows! Eww Kaylen. she tinkled. A wonderful lady helped me out though!

Kylie is a nice 15.7lbs. and 24.5in!
Kaylen is at 11lbs. and 22.5in!
They are doing great! The doctor says they are looking good. Kylie is on the chart with weight and length, Kaylen is still below but there are no worries in my mind! She's gained almost 10 pounds. They've both come a long way from being 2month early preemies!
They are rolling, scooting, sitting with help, grab their feet *=)*, and babble. I am possibly missing some things?

Trent, what can I say about him today. He needs a haircut. I believe he is almost potty trained! Yippee! He used the potty all day yesterday and all day today. I'm sooo happy about this.

Did we have a day or what?! Naps didn't go great but it's okay. Kylie doesn't like carrots, not sure if it's the taste or texture. She DoeS like butternut squash though!

Kaylen and Kylie both found their feet! Haven't gotten a picture of Kylie though. They are both doing so well. I'm so happy and so proud of them. I hope that they will start sitting up on their own soon. Maybe a month.. I need to work with them a little more on that.

Trent, he is Trent. Not too much new with him. He is talking more. Oh precious children. He loves his sisters. Gives them plenty of kisses. =) What a doll!

Kylie & Kaylen:

Both are eating fruits, veggies, and even apples&chicken today! Woohoo!

They have been on a pretty good schedule for a few days now (knock on wood) with sleeping and eating. It's wonderful.

Trent:

He is just silly. We went outside and he saw the little girl across the street. She was taking things to the backyard with her dad so Trent went over there to her driveway. He jumped off his motorcycle and jumped and ran around in circle because he was so excited! That boy. So sweet! He played monkey see monkey do. Lacey (little girl..duhr) was throwing and breaking chalk so the monkey saw, and the monkey did.

After the rain....

We ended up with a wonderful little boy and two beautiful little girls!

Trent is playing with cars. He talks about nothing but cars, trains, blue/green(popsicles), candy, and chocolate milk. Loves to play with everyone and is soooO friendly.

Kylie and Kaylen are getting so big. Kylie is grabbing at things more and wants to touch EverYtHinG! She is trying to get around, whether it be army crawling or rolling, she'll get there some way some how. Kaylen is our noisy girl. She has recently started screeching (happily) and just talking away. She is having a little trouble with getting around and we still need to place things in her hands. She is getting there though!
